WHAT IS CONCEALED CARRY?
“Concealed firearm” is a loaded or unloaded handgun which is carried upon a person in such a manner as not to be discernible by ordinary observation (NRS 202.3653), this includes in a carried bag/purse.
Concealing a firearm without a permit is a felony.
Nevada is not a constitutional carry state.
Nevada Concealed Carry Course
This is an 8-hour course that meets the requirements of the Nevada Sheriffs and Chiefs Association.
More than half the time is spent inside the classroom and ends with a written exam.
Students must qualify with a handgun at 3, 5, and 7 yards.
LEOSA Qualification Course
The Gun School is pleased to offer annual LEOSA qualification to retired law enforcement officers.
Class setting or Private lessons options available.
